INSTRUCTIONS: Please be patient and allow the image to load completely. It will begin to rotate. To stop the rotation left click inside the image once.  To pan left or right, place your mouse curser inside the image and hold down the left mouse button and drag to the left or right. The faster you drag, the faster the image will rotate. Click the "Done" to return to the map.
